The investment foundation aims to jointly invest and manage the assets entrusted to it by institutions in accordance with Article 6 (hereinafter referred to as "investors"). The investor circle of the investment foundation is limited to the following institutions: a) tax-exempt pension institutions domiciled in Switzerland and other tax-exempt institutions based in Switzerland that serve the purpose of occupational pension provision; b) legal entities that manage collective investments of the institutions referred to in letter a), are supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and invest exclusively in the investment foundation for these institutions. The foundation board may establish additional admission criteria, which may arise from changes in legal and tax bases. It records these in a separate regulation. Against this background, the management may request from the investors the information and documents it deems necessary to make a decision on admission. The management finally decides whether the conditions for joining the investment foundation as an investor are met.
