The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, construction, rental, administration, management and development of all real estate, as well as all services in the field of real estate, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies, acquire all properties or real estate companies within the scope of its activities, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, and carry out all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
