The association has set itself the ideal goal of cultivating and promoting the food and wine culture of various regions. Our main concern is to experience and celebrate the culinary delights together. We actively work to counteract the globalization of taste in wine and preserve the diversity of production methods. In doing so, we are particularly committed to preserving and promoting traditional production methods. To achieve these goals, we organize wine tastings, visits to vineyards, cooking courses, and culinary trips for our members. Through these activities, we want to promote not only the enjoyment of food and wine but also deepen the understanding of the cultural significance and diversity of these food traditions.
