The branch office may grant loans or other financing to its parent company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries (directly or indirectly). The branch office may provide guarantees, securities, and other obligations of any kind for liabilities of such companies, including through fiduciary transfers or assignments of and pledges on assets of the branch office. Furthermore, the branch office may operate or participate in cash pooling of any kind.
