The acquisition, distribution and sale of all kinds of energy products, including (but not limited to) natural gas, biomethane, LNG, ammonia, methanol, hydrogen, electricity (including hydrogen carriers such as green methanol or electricity for hydrogen production) and any component used in the manufacture of any of these products, as well as agricultural products, carbon emission certificates and similar products, and the provision of logistical services and any other services to all persons involved in the production, distribution, acquisition, sale or consumption of any of these energy products (including any of the components), agricultural products, carbon emission certificates and similar products. The Company may conduct its activities worldwide, on its own account or in association with third parties. The Company may carry out all financial, commercial and industrial operations, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. However, the Company shall not acquire any real estate in Switzerland, except, if necessary, for real estate used exclusively for commercial purposes. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire participations in other companies in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing loans, guarantees and securities of any kind, of other entities of the group to which the Company belongs, in the interest of said group.
