Implementation of occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of Wüest & Cie. AG, Bauunternehmung, Nebikon, in Nebikon (including branches in Zofingen and Olten), Achermann AG, Bauunternehmung, Buochs, and the other companies affiliated with Wüest Nebikon Holding AG, in Nebikon, as well as their relatives and beneficiaries and persons for whom the employee has provided significant support at the time of their death or in the last years before their death; additional pension provision exceeding the statutory minimum benefits, including support services in cases of need such as illness, accident or unemployment; affiliation of personnel from other companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the group of companies, provided that the foundation has been provided with the necessary funds by these companies; payment of contributions from affiliated companies from foundation funds, if these companies have previously built up and separately disclosed contribution reserves.
