The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for employees, their relatives and survivors against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death: the JURA Holding, based in Aarau; economically or financially closely related companies and subsidiaries; and companies that were economically or financially closely related to the JURA Holding and have been legally spun off and/or sold by it or merged with another company. According to the decision of the foundation board, the acquiring company and its subsidiaries can also be affiliated with the foundation, provided that the acquiring company is economically or financially related to the acquired company. The foundation can provide additional pension benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits.
