The purpose of the foundation is primarily to provide for the employees against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. The dependents of the employees can be included in this provision in case of need. The same applies to so-called diaconal helpers in old age. The purpose can be fulfilled in particular through: one-time and/or periodic payments, also as additional benefits to any regulatory or other pension benefits, to employees in old age, disability and death; the provision of voluntary purchasing services in the event of a regulatory pension for employees; the provision of services to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt personal pension institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The benefits can be granted in cash or in kind, such as through admission to a residential community or similar to the founder, by assigning crops, etc. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
