The income from the foundation's assets and, if necessary, the foundation's assets themselves are to be used for purposes of public interest for which no tax funds are available. Among other things, the foundation's funds can be used for projects that enhance and enrich the lives of the population, to promote public health, to create simple, small, pleasant parks and playgrounds, and, if necessary, also to provide scholarships to enable or facilitate higher education for talented, promising young people with a healthy sense of community.
