The foundation pursues charitable and philanthropic purposes in Switzerland as well as abroad. The foundation aims, in particular, to support female and male artists who engage artistically with the tradition of pottery and who dedicate themselves, in particular, to ceramic art and bronze. Projects can be supported both domestically and abroad. The promotion can take place, among other things, through financial contributions, through the creation and granting of training opportunities, and by providing the infrastructure needed for the production of ceramics. The foundation focuses geographically on Switzerland and Spain. To achieve its objectives, the foundation can support other charitable organizations as well as companies and individuals pursuing the same purposes. The profits and capital of the foundation are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit. The founder expressly reserves the right, in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code, to amend the purpose. The amended purpose must also be charitable or public. The foundation operates throughout Switzerland and abroad within the framework of its purpose.
