The Company's purpose is any activity related to career management in the field of sports, including preparation and training for participation in sports activities, management of participation in sports activities as well as any communication or promotional activity related to such activities. The Company's activities include the representation of athletes, and/or the management or exploitation of their rights, notably and without limitation their image rights, as well as the organization of events, conferences and seminars or the creation, production and/or marketing of all products related to sports, the exploitation of image rights and any real estate transaction in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, on a secondary basis, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, and - grant loans or guarantees to associates, affiliated companies or third parties.
