Provision of benefits to employees of Modissa AG in Zurich and economically or financially closely related companies, as well as to their relatives or survivors, particularly in the event of accidents, illness, disability, old age and death or in cases of general unforseen hardship; may use the foundation's assets to finance the employer's contributions to the paritary pension fund of the founding company and to provide additional benefits in accordance with the Federal Act on Occupational Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance (BVG) and to provide additional benefits beyond a paritary pension institution.
