Provision for the company's employees and their dependents and beneficiaries by providing support services in cases of need (such as due to old age, death, disability, illness, accident, unemployment, etc.); provision of additional benefits to economically secure the aforementioned beneficiaries in the event of old age, death, and disability, within the framework of equal treatment, such as increased benefits for employees of the transitional generation who are not yet entitled to the full benefits of the statutory occupational pension scheme; payment of contributions in the sense of Art. 331 para. 3 OR from previously accumulated and separately disclosed funds, such as employer contribution reserves, to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the company has joined or established itself.
