Provision for the employees of the founding company and the companies economically connected to it in case of old age, illness, accident, disability, military service or unemployment, as well as for their spouses, minor or disabled children and other persons for whom they provide support, and for their survivors in the event of death. Furthermore, in cases of particular hardship, support can be granted to employees and former employees of the founding company and the companies economically connected to it, as well as to their survivors and persons for whom the employee has last provided support; can also provide support and contributions to the employee for the education or vocational training of their children, for the maintenance and operation of welfare homes or similar facilities for the benefit of the personnel.
