Provision of benefits to employees (non-management) and management personnel of the founder company and companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as their dependents and survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. Furthermore, financing and payment of contributions by the founder company and companies economically or financially closely related to it to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions to which they have joined or which they have established themselves. Within the framework of equal treatment, the foundation may use its free foundation assets to finance improvements in benefits for employees of the founder company and for pensioners of the Swatch Group Pension Fund (CPK), as well as to use free foundation assets to participate in costs incurred by early retirements of employees of the founder company in the foundation or at the Swatch Group Pension Fund (CPK), to which the founder company has joined for occupational pension provision. Free foundation assets may also be used, subject to parity, to make contributions to the beneficiaries of the foundation to remedy an underfunding of their personal pension accounts at the Swatch Group Pension Fund (CPK).
