The association aims to operate a club of committed professional and family women who are interested in the various facets of life. In particular, the association aims to organize regular lectures on current topics from the fields of economics, politics, the environment, personality development, art, and culture, and to provide members with a platform for an exciting exchange among themselves. In addition, the association aims to: organize and conduct further lecture and discussion events as well as conferences or educational events; initiate further events that serve the exchange of experiences and the maintenance of professional and social relationships among members; cooperate with other relevant organizations at national, European, and international levels; provide further services, consulting, and support offers, which are realized by the association itself or in cooperation with third parties. The association is politically and denominationally independent and does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes.
