ZRO Verein

The purpose of the association is to promote the independent development and growth of the LayerZero network and the ecosystem that can develop around it. The association serves to promote coordination between the participants in the LayerZero network ecosystem and coordinates their communication, interaction and cooperation, as well as the coordination of financial and non-financial contributions to the LayerZero network and ecosystem. The association may participate in other undertakings, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all legal acts that may be necessary or suitable for the purpose of the association or to promote its development or that of group companies. Without limiting the foregoing, the association may: support and finance suitable research and development activities; educate the public about new technologies; issue, receive and hold digital assets, cryptocurrencies and tokens; organize and participate in conferences, seminars and other events; and generally perform all acts necessary, useful, required or desirable to achieve or promote the objectives described herein. The association may cooperate with or join other organizations and participate in community-led activities that promote interests connected with or similar to the association's objectives.
