1. The association is a non-profit, non-profit organization. The purpose of the association is: a. To amplify the voices of Afro-Swiss individuals who identify as women of African descent and to promote their visibility and participation in Swiss and international society. b. To create a strong community and network that supports the self-determination and empowerment of women of African descent in Switzerland and connects them worldwide. c. To gain international allies and partners who share the association's goals and contribute together to promoting equality and equal opportunities. d. To offer educational and development programs tailored to the specific needs and challenges of women of African descent, which can be adapted worldwide. e. To organize events, workshops, and networking meetings that promote international exchange of knowledge and experiences and contribute to strengthening the global community. f. To enter into partnerships with international organizations and companies to improve the economic and social status of women of African descent and support sustainable innovation ecosystems worldwide. 2. The association may engage in all activities and take all measures necessary and appropriate to achieve the above-mentioned goals at national and international level.
