The company may carry out any commercial, industrial, financial and real estate operation, and financial operation connected to and/or instrumental to the main commercial activity, also in favor of other controlled and/or affiliated companies belonging to the group, including the provision and receipt, also without consideration and solely in the interest of the beneficiary, of intra-group financing and guarantees.
