The core activity of SWIFISH AG is pikeperch breeding and production, particularly in the rearing of pikeperch fry and the production of food fish. The company operates two sites in Switzerland, one in Lyss for breeding fish and one in Susten for food fish production. The pikeperch are raised in recirculating aquaculture systems and kept under species-specific conditions. The company offers pikeperch breeding fish and food fish all year round and places emphasis on regional origin, long shelf life, highest quality and optimal resource utilization.
