The purpose of the foundation is to cover the costs of education, equipment or support of the member of the founder's family and his legal descendants, hereinafter referred to as beneficiaries: François Roger Gérard Cramer, Geneva. The aforementioned purposes include the payment of amounts from the foundation's income or assets to the beneficiaries to cover the costs incurred by them due to holidays, medical treatment, spa stays, study stays and holiday trips, as well as the payment of amounts to the beneficiary parents to cover the costs associated with a comprehensive and appropriate education and vocational training of the children. A secondary purpose of the foundation is the acquisition, collection and preservation of portraits, paintings, miniatures, trinkets, books and other items as well as archives related to the history of the Cramer family, in particular the descendants of Mr. Gabriel Cramer-Audeoud. Family heirlooms in the possession of the foundation may not leave Switzerland, except for temporary exhibitions with the consent of the foundation's administration.
