The cooperative aims to promote, through mutual self-help, the cultivation and marketing of various arable crops; the marketing of various arable crops and their high-quality products; the cultivation of arable crops in accordance with the production regulations 'Ackerbau Appenzellerland'; the coordination of purchase contracts between members and buyers; and the support of its members in knowledge transfer. The cooperative may conduct all business and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the cooperative's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The cooperative may also participate in other companies.
