The purpose of the foundation is to provide care for the employees and their relatives of Keller Schweiz Holding AG and the companies and entities belonging to the Keller Swiss Group in the areas of relocation and moving, with which the foundation has concluded an affiliation agreement, in accordance with the provisions of this foundation deed and any applicable foundation regulations. The foundation is intended to serve primarily in cases of need, illness, old age, and disability of employees, as well as to provide care for their surviving dependents. Benefits can also be provided to members of the founder's family who have worked for many years or held another function in one of the aforementioned companies or entities. Additionally, the payment of widow's and widower's pensions is possible. Care can also be provided in the event of business closure or work restrictions, to the extent that sufficient assistance is not offered in such cases by state regulations or other forms of care. The foundation can participate in the occupational pension provision for the employees of the aforementioned companies and entities and their surviving dependents by opening the employer contribution reserve and ensuring the employer's contribution obligation towards the pension institutions established by the aforementioned companies and entities under the Federal Act on Occupational Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance (BVG). The foundation may not provide benefits for purposes other than pension provision, to which the companies and entities belonging to the Keller Swiss Group, with which the foundation has concluded an affiliation agreement, are legally obligated.
