The company's purpose is the operation of public establishments such as cafes, bars, and restaurants, the sale of beverages (with or without alcohol) and dishes for consumption on the premises, takeaway, or delivery. With the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly in connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions, create branches or subsidiaries and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
