Compensation for social hardship cases in favor of employees of Von Roll Schweiz AG at the Breitenbach site (formerly Schweizerische Isola-Werke AG Breitenbach) and their legal successors, i.e. companies and business units that have emerged from Schweizerische Isola-Werke AG Breitenbach at the Breitenbach site and belong to the Von Roll-Isola Group, in particular in cases of unjustified dismissals. However, no benefits may be provided from the foundation's assets and its income in favor of the beneficiaries if such benefits are to be provided directly by Von Roll Schweiz AG within the framework of a social plan or by virtue of contractual provisions, and to the extent that the SIB pension fund, the personnel welfare foundation of the Schweizerische Isola-Werke (Patronale Fürsorgestiftung) or the Isola aid fund can be claimed in accordance with the statutes and regulations applicable to these institutions.
