The core activity of PK Coiffure is to promote cooperation between contracting parties and to enforce the Collective Labour Agreement (GAV) for the hairdressing industry in Switzerland. This includes assessing disputes related to employment relationships, answering questions from employers and employees regarding the GAV, conducting payroll audits, organizing and conducting board meetings and general assemblies, as well as collecting enforcement contributions.
