The foundation aims to provide occupational benefits for the employees of the founding or employer company and economically or financially closely related enterprises by granting benefits and support: to the employees and pensioners in cases of old age or disability or in emergency situations such as illness, accident or unemployment; to the employees and pensioners in emergency situations such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouses, their minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; to the spouses, divorced spouses or long-term partners of deceased employees or pensioners; furthermore to persons for whose maintenance the deceased employees or pensioners have fully or mainly provided until their death; through further benefits that serve the general well-being and welfare of all employees.
