Occupational pension provision in the event of old age, disability and death for the employees of the founding company and an affiliated company; support for the beneficiary or their survivors in emergency situations, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. The foundation can also make contributions, pursuant to Article 331 Paragraph 3 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, from previously accumulated and separately earmarked contribution reserves to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the founding company has affiliated or which it has itself established.
