Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death for the employees (and their relatives and survivors) of the company and other companies economically or financially closely related to it. The foundation may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support benefits in cases of need such as illness, accident or unemployment.
