Provision for the benefit of Jegen AG employees and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death; may provide voluntary additional benefits to the regulatory pension benefits for old age, disability and death, purchase benefits for regulatory pension benefits for employees, benefits for financing contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries, as well as support employees and their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
