Granting of support or contributions to the employees of the founder in case of old age, illness, accident, disability, military service, unemployment or other unforseen circumstances of the employees themselves; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse and to persons for whose maintenance they were wholly or mainly responsible at the time of death; if these beneficiaries are absent, the capital accumulated from the deceased's own contributions, including interest or the corresponding value, shall pass to their descendants, parents or siblings; to an employee of the founder in case of illness, accident or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whose maintenance they are wholly or mainly responsible.
