The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG, its implementing provisions and the ordinance on the personal pension foundation of the municipality of Zollikon (ordinance) for the employees of the municipality of Zollikon and the affiliated institutions, as well as for their relatives and survivors against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. The affiliation of an institution is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The foundation can provide additional pension benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support services in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
