The operation of restaurants (hot and cold catering, services and deliveries), cafes, bars or other beverage outlets with related services; trade or participation in companies pursuing similar purposes. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively used for commercial purposes. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
