a. The foundation ensures for the members of the Swiss-Liechtenstein Building Services Association 'suissetec' (formerly SSIV), hereinafter referred to as the founder association, the compensation for the collective labor agreement social benefits (excluding BVG) and ensures in particular that the surpluses are invested, managed and used only for the corresponding purpose. b. If the members of the founder association are guaranteed the compensation for the collective labor agreement social benefits as per lit. a of this article, the foundation may grant benefits to an institution with a different group of beneficiaries but the same purpose. c. Furthermore, the foundation may support the founder association in its training and further education efforts as well as in fulfilling its tasks in vocational training.
