The foundation aims to collect contributions to finance a early retirement model based on the pension value transfer method, which offers employees in the building technology sector the opportunity to retire or reduce their work schedule after completing their 60th year of age but before reaching the reference age, by providing them with financial subsidies. These subsidies do not have to cover the entire loss of income. The foundation exclusively aims to provide benefits in the event of the described risk and therefore only provides VRM benefits according to GAV-VRM. Only these benefits and the administrative costs of the foundation may be financed from the contributions of the beneficiaries. It can extend its activities to other areas/sectors, provided they are in line with the aforementioned purpose. The board of trustees issues regulations on benefits, organization, financing and administration of the foundation. The regulations can be amended by the board of trustees in compliance with legal requirements. All regulations must be strictly aligned with the provisions of the GAV-VRM. The foundation can transfer the operational implementation of the foundation's purpose to a suitable external organization. In particular, the foundation can conclude insurance contracts or join existing contracts to achieve its purpose, whereby it must itself be the insured and the beneficiary.
