The company may acquire, hold, manage and dispose of participations, directly or indirectly, in any type of company or business, in particular of a commercial, industrial, financial and real estate nature, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LAFE), as well as the financing of affiliated companies. The company may also engage in service activities in amateur or professional sports sectors, namely representing athletes as an agent, promoting athletes' images, visual or object-oriented advertising, in particular in sports venues, sponsorship, marketing and sales of sports-derived products.
