The Studer'sche Armenstiftung aims to: provide financial assistance to individuals who have become permanently or temporarily in need within the municipal boundaries of Willisau. However, statutory benefits that third parties are required to provide shall not be shifted to the Studer'sche Armenstiftung, but may be advanced by the foundation; provide financial contributions to cover care costs and aids for individuals in need of care within the municipal boundaries of Willisau, provided that their financial situation justifies it; provide financial contributions to students, apprentices, and students from the municipal area of Willisau whose financial resources are insufficient despite state scholarships; provide financial contributions to school, class, sports, and holiday camps in which individuals from the municipal area of Willisau participate, as well as subsidies for parental contributions or camp participant costs, if these are not bearable for those affected; provide contributions to private social and welfare institutions operating on the municipal territory of Willisau and to their organized events; provide contributions to cultural and sports clubs and organizations based or operating on the municipal territory of Willisau for events and activities that are carried out without profit motive for broad sections of the population; provide contributions to events organized by the political municipality of Willisau or the church communities or their public institutions (e.g. school, pastoral area) on the municipal territory of Willisau in the social, welfare, church, cultural, sports, etc. areas.
