The company's purpose is to provide services of all kinds, in particular the operation of telephone directory services and related services, to companies within the Swisscom Group and to third parties, both domestically and abroad. It may conduct all legal transactions that are connected with the company's purpose, in particular acquire, hold and sell real estate, raise and invest funds on the money and capital markets, establish companies, participate in companies or cooperate with third parties in other ways. It may grant loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies, conclude cash pooling agreements with them and provide securities of all kinds for their liabilities to third parties.
