The acquisition and administration of participations in any form in Swiss or foreign companies and participating in the financing, in particular by providing guarantees and securities of any kind, of such companies and other entities of the group to which the Company belongs in the interest of said group. The Company shall not acquire any real estate in Switzerland, except, if applicable, real estate for exclusively commercial use. If applicable, the Company's participations in companies with real estate activities in Switzerland are exclusively limited to companies acquiring, managing and/or controlling commercial real estate. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
