The purpose of the association is to promote, inform and disseminate international wine and gourmet culture. We research sustainable production and marketing strategies as well as the challenges and opportunities in the areas of wine, agriculture and nutrition/health. Experts are invited to guided tastings to present selected products from various grape varieties, origins and production methods. This provides an opportunity to expand personal expertise and exchange ideas. Furthermore, we promote contact with like-minded individuals through workshops, vineyard tours, visits, trips, information brochures (online & print) and tastings. Through Wine & Dine events, we combine oenology and culinary arts in a delightful way. To strengthen interdisciplinary dialogue and global cooperation, we regularly host events such as training sessions, public relations, tastings, excursions and consulting.
