Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founder and economically or financially closely related companies, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The affiliation of a related company is based on a written affiliation agreement, which is submitted to the supervisory authority; the foundation can provide additional pension benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including benefits to alleviate hardship, such as in the event of illness, accident or unemployment.
