Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company, as well as for companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the founder company, by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whose maintenance they were responsible at the time of their death. The foundation or affiliated companies may also make contributions, in accordance with Article 331(3) of the Swiss Code of Obligations, from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the founder company or affiliated companies have joined or which they have established themselves.
