The purpose of the foundation is to improve the provision for the benefit of the employees of Electrolux Professional AG (hereinafter referred to as the company) and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by - providing voluntary purchasing services for the employees' statutory pension provision, - providing services such as financing contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries, as well as, for example, financing a higher interest rate on pension assets, financing cost-of-living adjustments to pensions, financing compensation measures in the event of a reduction in the conversion rate or cushioning the reduction in the technical interest rate. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. In particular, financing early retirement, supplementing unemployment benefits, assuming retraining or further education costs, or supplementing short-time work compensation.
