Voluntary occupational pension scheme for the benefit of employees of Estermann AG (CH-100.3.012.160-5) and Estermann Holding AG (CH-100.3.028.323-1), based in Geuensee, and their dependents, as well as employees of companies economically or financially closely related to this company and their dependents; voluntary contributions in the event of a) permanent reduction in earning capacity due to age and illness; b) permanent total loss of earning capacity due to age or illness; c) permanent total disability due to accident, provided that the insurance company does not provide sufficient or no coverage; d) death of employees; contributions to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the founding company or its affiliated companies are affiliated or which were established by them.
