Financial provision (support) for the benefit of employees and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability or death; Support for employees of the company and their dependents in unmerited need due to illness, accident, disability or unemployment; Payment of separately disclosed employer contributions pursuant to Art. 331 para. 3 OR to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the founder company has joined or established itself; Provision of services to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt personal pension institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries - however, the employer's amounts can only be paid from the foundation's funds if the employer has previously set aside and separately disclosed employer contribution reserves.
