The purpose of the foundation is: 2.1 to provide supplementary benefits for employees of the company and their dependents who meet the requirements according to Art. 2.5. 2.2 to provide supplementary support to the same individuals or their minor children in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, unemployment, for measures related to education and further training, health promotion and prevention, as well as insufficient total income, that is, when the total net income is less than 140% of the subsistence minimum. 2.3 The foundation additionally manages the employer's reserve of the ROPRESS cooperative. This can be used for contributions to the 2nd pillar to relieve the company, as well as for the settlement of operational members or their relatives in hardship cases (long-term illness, deaths). 2.4 The foundation can also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions for the purpose of fulfilling its objectives, which exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries or all operational members. 2.5 Beneficiaries of the foundation are active and former employees of the company who meet the following requirements: Active employees of the company after 6 years of full-time employment with the company. Former employees remain beneficiaries of the company after their retirement, provided that the person in question was an employee of the company for at least 10 years.
