Fonds für Pensionsergänzungen der Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG

The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees and pensioners of Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG and companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, and to support the beneficiary or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, unemployment. The foundation may also grant severance payments, pensions and pension supplements to the employees of Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG, particularly in the event of early retirement; in accordance with the relevant tax provisions of the Canton of Zurich regarding tax exemptions for employee benefit foundations. The purpose of the foundation can also be fulfilled through insurance contracts, whereby the foundation must be the policyholder and beneficiary.
