Provision of benefits to employees of the founding company (and companies economically or financially closely related to it) as well as their dependents and survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment. Additionally, financing of contributions by the founding company (and companies economically or financially closely related to it) to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that the founding company has joined or established itself. The foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, provided it is itself the policyholder.
