a. The foundation ensures for the members of Gebäudehülle Schweiz, hereinafter referred to as the founder's association, the compensation for the collectively agreed social benefits (excluding BVG) and ensures in particular that the surpluses are invested, managed and used only for the corresponding purpose. b. If the members of the foundation association are guaranteed the compensation for the collectively agreed social benefits as per lit. a of this article, the foundation may grant benefits to an institution with a different group of beneficiaries but the same purpose. c. Furthermore, the foundation may support the founder's association in its training and further education efforts as well as in fulfilling its tasks in vocational training.
