The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees of the company and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose is achieved through the provision of voluntary support services or the granting of loans in the event of old age, bereavement or disability. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees, their dependents and pensioners who have fallen into financial difficulties through no fault of their own, such as in the event of illness, accident, disability or unemployment. By decision of the foundation board, which must be notified to the supervisory authority, the personnel of companies economically or financially closely related to the company may also be affiliated with the foundation.
